Kids' Cafe
Transy students work alongside the kids to work on quilts.
Friend of the class Katie Brewer spearheaded this project.
Our most recent and final quilting bee was held at Kids's cafe several weeks ago and was a great success. The work that the kids did was fantastic and is sure to be a treasured addition to the quilting project. Many thanks to the Kids' Cafe for doing so much for us!The pictures are below.

Marty's Neighborhood Tour
On Saturday, Marty gave the students in the Community Engagement Through the Arts a tour of the North Limestone neighborhood. We were told of much of the history and the possibilities for the future, both economically and socially. Thanks so much to Marty for showing us around and making us feel welcome in your neighborhood!
